Hi Patricia, thank you for your continued patience and the chance to discuss this matter with you on the phone. Further to the email we sent you, we have got in touch with the management of the restaurant to investigate what happened and it seemed to be human error from the side of the restaurant as you can only have a Booking confirmation once the restaurant has accepted a booking. The management of Cockney's restaurant apologised for the inconvenience and they informed me that they will be looking into the matter to improve in the future.
