The Village Kitchen

Unfortunately, one cannot expect to run a high end restaurant (the prices suggest so) and then have the poor Barman , who is also the waiter, the buss boy and everything else. Clearly, the owners are trying to limit expenses in the wrong areas. He tried the impossible and did not even have time stop for a moment. When it comes to food, although trying to be creative, there is was no distinct aftertaste from the fish taken as a main course. And serving French fries with no options for roasted veg or potatoes does not meet the expectations from the first impressive impression one gets of the place. I genuinely believe that this place could be a gem, but I doubt whether who is running the restaurant understand that eating out is an experience of all the above.
