Set in the heart of Zebbiegh, overlooking the church, Verbena is a new family-run restaurant offering local Mediterranean cuisine. The name Verbena follows after the lovely scented aromatic herb, Lemon Verbena, which with its intense flavor, has the potential of exploiting the goodness of other ingredients. This inevitably led Verbena restaurant to make Lemon Verbena their signature ingredient. The menu features local and seasonal products which are combined together to produce a symphony of heavenly tastes. Moreover, Verbena offers an extensive selection of wines that can be paired with any desired dish. At Verbena they thrive to offer their diners a thrilling yet relaxing experience with divine food, excellent service and a warm pleasurable ambiance.

Nestled in the heart of Żebbiegħ, Verbena Wine and Dine stands as a beacon of farm to table dining with an added touch of homegrown charm. All the food items we had from the menu and specials were amazing and fresh. I highly recommend the Maltese trio dessert with carob ice cream and the chocolate and walnut brownie with fior di latte ice cream… just divine.
